Bar Staff

At T H S our knowledgeable bar staff sets up and breaks down bar stations; they may fill beverage orders directly or indirectly taken by guests or wait staff. They may prepare mix drinks correctly without waste, serve bottle and draught beer and wine, stock and keep inventory, keep glasses and bar area clean as well as operate the cash register for cash bars. They can pass wine on cocktail trays during receptions and offer refills during dinners. They can set up coffee and liqueurs on mobile carts and serve to guest for during dessert. They engage in appropriate conversations with guest, answer questions, give directions, and direct them to public facilities if needed.
