Our kitchen personnel are ready to assist caters and executive chefs in food preparation of easy to prepare items such as: salads, desserts, and other cold foods. They will slice vegetables, cut and grind meats, set up and break down stations, work on concessions and cafeteria lines, work behind buffet carving stations and so on. Interim they will maintain a clean work station including equipment, utensils, any china used and cutlery throughout the event.
